Correct and verify
For an entry you own, use flowly memory correct with its identifier and the corrected text. Inspect the entry again, then start a new conversation and ask a neutral question that depends on it. Check the answer against the corrected record.
Keep the evidence
Record the model, core version, before/after entry and answer. Use the documented review and undo controls if the change is wrong. This is a procedure to run yourself, not a published benchmark result or a guarantee of perfect recall.
