Do I start with VPS hosting?

No. Flowly is designed around the desktop app installer. After pairing mobile, managed cloud hosting stays optional inside the Servers area when integrations need an online runtime.

Do I need technical knowledge?

Not for the Desktop experience — guided installers handle local setup. If you later attach messaging bots, Flowly exposes checklists plus optional managed hosting workflows.

Can I use my own API keys?

Yes. Bring your Anthropic/OpenAI/OpenRouter keys from Settings, and optionally connect your own hosting provider credentials if you administer advanced setups.

Where does assistant data stay?

Local assistants stay anchored to Desktop until you purposely enable managed hosting — then payloads live on isolated infrastructure scoped to your account. Flowly does not ingest your transcripts for unrelated training purposes.
